PAA General Monthly Meeting 12-14-06 (2nd Thursday of Month)

Event Description:

Attend the regular monthly meeting of the Progressive Action Alliance at Leisure Learning Unlimited, 6th Floor, Room 6.
Come early to visit & gab
6:30 pm - 7:00 pm: social/meet & greet
7:00 pm - 9:00 pm: meeting

Bring something non-messy to eat or drink and share if you wish. 

Agenda items include:

* Book exchange -- How to make it easier to share books with other activists

* Report on Election Results

* Report on Southern Human Rights Organizers' Conference (SHROC)

* Discussion on goals & objectives for 2007 - bring your ideas

* Ending Iraq Occupation

* Promoting Peace & Impeachment

* Dennis Kucinich presidential campaign

* "We Are the Dream" march - Sat. Jan. 13

* 3000th military casualty and civilian loss of life memorial: Jan 14-21 

* New meeting location starting in January 

 
We'll also have both styles of our Impeach T-shirts available, for donations ($10-20 suggested).

We meet the 2nd Thursday of each month to discuss recent and upcoming activities. Join us!
