In 2005, TexCom Resources acquired 27 acres in the old Conroe
Oil Field in Montgomery County to operate four Class 1 injection
wells for disposal of Oil & Gas exploration and production waste.
TexCom, a company primarily focused on biodiesel fuel, uses a
subsidiary, M.B. Energy, LLC to manage their waste disposal
business. M.B. Energy headquarters is located in Broussard, LA.

The current site selected for these injection wells is a bad choice.
Drilling will be done in an area with hundreds of undocumented,
abandoned oil wells that have been in place for more than 60
years. Wells will be drilled through three major aquifers that
supply drinking water to all or portions of 54 counties in South
Texas.
