Houston Institute for Culture presents which includes:


  • Afghan Women's Project Portraits will be on display September 10 – Oct. 9 (W-F, 4-8pm; Weekend, 2-8pm)
  • Talk by Peggy Kelsey founder of Afghan Women's Project (photographs and interviews of Afghan women), and film
  • screening: Who's Counting? Marilyn Waring on Sex, Lies and Global Economics. (Peace Week activities in Houston)
