Event Description:

Immigrant Issues: A Fighting Back! Workshop

This is the first in a series of issues forums planned for this election year. All candidates and Democratic activists are invited to attend. It is evident from the early tactics being used by the Repubs that beating up on immigrants is to be a theme of this election cycle. We have to be ready to talk back on this difficult issue. On April 8th we will host a workshop on framing the Immigration message to get ready for them.

The purpose of this workshop is to develop a common value frame about immigration. It is NOT about creating the 5 robotic talking points. Please attend . Hopefully you will be informed and empowered to spread the good word that Democratic values can effectively address this thorny problem.

Registration: 12:30 - 1:00 pm
Sessions: 1:00 - 4:00 pm

TO RSVP: Send name, address, phone, and email to HCDP at escramble('hcdp','hcdp.org');
