This eye-popper is on the 610 south, east-bound, just past Scott St.
exit. Don't know how it got past the censors.

We just got our cell phone provider changed from Cingular to Working Assets.
We received our phones a few days ago, and so far, so good. I'm happy to
support this company.

Be sure to check out our image galleries - the billboard is posted
there along with sundry other goodies.

Good grief! What's really scary is how many people are so uninformed and
or just plain stupid as to buy into that.

I believe I saw the billboard first a couple of weeks ago. I don't
believe you can read it in the photo, but at the bottom of the
billboard it says, if I remember correctly, that it was paid for by
Working Assets. This is another good reason to use them as your long
distance provider, cell phone provider, credit card company, etc. --
they fund lots of progressive stuff, including numerous political
projects through their Working for Change/Act for Change group -- see
http://www.workingforchange.com/activism/index.cfm They also have an
RSS feed from that page, for those of you who want to be updated
about current campaigns.
Also see http://workingassets.com/ and click on the "Activism" link
for details.
