[PAA-Webteam] Truth in Recruting section and hyperlink on olde site

Tonite I made the following minor changes:

1) Added a hyperlink from our olde site
(www.progressiveactionalliance.org) to the new site.

2) Changed the "Counter Recruitment" text in the forum
on the new site to read "Military Recruitment".
