[PAA-Webteam] Fixed the HTML problem in postings!

All,

We had recently disabled the nice GUI text editor since it was mucking up
postings that Bill was attempting to send directly from the forums. If you
recall, there were some email messages that went out with HTML formatting
making them completely unreadable.
I was able to fix that issue such that the nice GUI editor is accessible
when you create other content like... events, pages, etc...

but... it is disabled if you create a forum topic while logged into
Civicspace.

Bill - have at it - you can test it, although I already did. There are 2
possible scenarios.

1. you log onto the website, create a forum topic
type away in plain text, don't interject any html in the content => send.
It works fine. Example content is below. It appears nicely in the online
forums and sends a nicely formatted mail message to our list.

this is a test message

this is bullet 1
this is bullet 2

2. you log onto the website, create a forum topic AND you ****manually****
format html into the message - example below.

this is a test message

  • this is bullet 1
  • this is bullet 2

it shows up correctly in the forums, but when it posts to our mailing list,
it is mucked up and looks exactly like above to the people who receive it.

but... I don't see this as a show stopper. The guideline is don't manually
format forum topics using HTML.

all for now.
