[PAA-Webteam] New Mil_Recruiting list

Sarah set up a new e-mail list for us: Mil_Recruiting. Thanks,
Sarah! This was because of requests to make the name of the list
more acceptable to MFSO members and others who may not necessarily
want to promote counter-recruiting in general (although some are
doing this), and keep the main focus on truth-in-recruiting. The new
name is generic enough that the emphasis can be shifted later to
counter-recruiting if that's what the group wants to do at some time
in the future.

I copied over most the settings from the Counter-Recruiting list to
this new one (except changing the text descriptions for the list name
in the listinfo, new subscriber welcome, and sorry you're leaving
messages). I set the Counter_Recruiting list so it will not
advertised on http://paa-tx.org/mailman/listinfo. The other
publicly-available lists are set to display there. (You can get to
this page from a link at the bottom of the listinfo page for any of
our lists.) About the only other thing that it looks like we need to
do to this new list is to add a address (or whatever
it should be) for cross-posting to the forum. Sarah, want to do that
when you're ready?

So, Sarah & Charles, when you get a chance you can change the text
and all the pointers to this list on the forums page and at the top
of all our web pages.

Sarah & Charles, I noticed that you are not listed as admins on this
new list (as you are on the others), but you are on the old one. So
if you want to get admin messages from the list, then you can add
yourselves. After we get a chance to explain how it works to
Margaret, we should list her, too, so she'll get notices of who's
been added or deleted from the list, moderated messages, etc. We'll
probably need to list someone else as a moderator, too.
